We supply the higher performance integrated Drill Rods with different sizes & grades. Today’s water well drilling and mining industry demands high performance Drill Rods to meet the latest improved rigs. Our plant is ISO 90001–20015 Certified, located at Cherlapally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The product range is a wide option from a minimum of 5 feet to a maximum of 33 feet length Drill Rods. Drill Rod seamless tubes are brought from the leading world class tube manufacturers and will be tested to confirm the premier quality of the incoming raw material tubes.
We have the total controll over the process of our products from raw material stage to the finished product just because of with metallurgical Laboratory knowledge of raw material selection in house forging, Heat Treatment and metallurgical Laboratory, Friction welding Machine and Induction Hardening Equipment.Our machine shop is fully equipped with upgraded CNC Machines to get smoother surface finish. steel forging plant CNC mechining facilites modern heat treatment facilities Tool joints will be made from high quality medium carbon and alloy steel with special technical edge to meet the high-speed performance levels of the rig mining, exploration applications.
